As a passionate entrepreneur with a Masters in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton UK, Mr. Emmanuel Frimpong has surrounded himself with a team of competent individuals who help him oversee the daily activities of the company he provides strategic direction for. He is privileged to have staff that work tirelessly to uphold his vision of transforming his business into a household name in the recycling and polythene manufacturing industry in Ghana. Frimps Poly Product Limited has a total staff capacity of 96 spread across its subsidiaries in Ghana.

Benjamin is an insightful professional with in-depth experience in providing internal audit, risk and compliance services. He has demonstrated ability to achieve positive results in a high - pressured and dynamic business environments and has managed projects host of countries across Africa. He is experienced in Corporate Governance, Financial Reviews, Internal Control and Risk Assessments, Compliance and Operational audits, all in line with leading business practices. In addition, he is trained in the in conduct forensic audits for clients both in public and private sectors across industries in the financial services, manufacturing, Energy and Non- Governmental Organizations. Benjamin is a product of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He holds an MBA Financial Services from the University of East London, UK, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (ACCA) UK and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

George Konadu is the General Manager of the company. He has 17 years experience in the sachet water and polythene manufacturing business and is an asset as he drives the rapid development of the business by handling the general administration, logistics and transport management of the company.

Daniel Adom Bentil serves as the Branch Manager for the Awutu Bereku branch of Frimps Poly Products. Prior to working with Frimps he was the Engineer/ Productions Manager for Starlight Polythene Products Industries Limited formally known as Charkieh Plastics and Packaging (3) Ghana Ltd. Before joining Cherkieh Plastics, he worked with Prestige Chemicals as Production Technician and with Blowplast as Technician and Production Assistant. He has also worked with Polytex Industries as a Technician/ Production Assistant. Daniel Adom Bentil has provided Consulting services for companies like J&J Plastics, Fine Park Industries, STL Plastic Company, Space Plast , United Plastics, Sintex, Enviroplast and others. He has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the Plastics and Packaging Industry with experience in Plastic Film, carrier bags, plastic recycling production, installation, maintenance and repairs of various plastic machines. He has a proven track record of improving sales, customer relations, employee management, operational training and machine handling

MS. Dorcas Obour Dorcas holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Option from the Christian Service University College in Kumasi. She has worked at Frimps Poly Products for the past three years and responsible for daily accounting activities. She supervises sales to customers and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Dorcas has proven to be reliable diligent at her duties.

Holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance (MBA, Finance) degree from the University of Ghana Business School, Accra, and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Cape Coast. His other qualifications are Diploma in Accounting (University of Ghana, Legon) and Intermediate A/B of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, as well as a DANIDA Fellowship Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has attended many seminars, workshops and short courses that have sharpened his skills and capabilities. He has worked in various capacities in both the private and public sectors of the economy of Ghana and Nigeria as Accountant, Auditor and Administrator. In the public sector, he worked as Tax Officer in the (now) Domestic Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority, finally retiring from government service as Deputy Director of Finance of the Judicial Service of Ghana. He was Head of Revenue Generation, Collection and Reporting in the Service – the NTR Unit. In this capacity, he spear-headed the computerization of revenue collection and the introduction of the On-Site banking system in the Judicial Service. Since his retirement, he has worked in various private organizations in various managerial positions. He is currently the Accountant of Frimps Poly Products Ltd. in Accra.
